Ik wil mijn kind graag laten overstappen naar de Merkelbachschool
Wanneer uw kind op dit moment op een andere school staat ingeschreven en les volgt maar wil overstappen naar de Merkelbachschool, kunt u een verzoek tot ‘zij-instroom’ indienen.
Om uw kind als zij-instromer te kunnen voordragen, verzoeken wij u om onderstaand formulier in te vullen. We zullen dan nagaan of er plek is in de groep. In onze Schoolgids kunt u vinden wat de maximale groepsgrootte is. Indien dat niet het geval is kunnen we uw verzoek helaas niet in behandeling nemen. U krijgt hierover in dat geval zo spoedig mogelijk bericht.
Wij nemen zeer zorgvuldig uw aanvraag in behandeling in verband met de onderwijsbehoeften van kinderen bij ons op school.
Wij hanteren geen wachtlijst voor volgend schooljaar. U kunt, in het geval dat u een overstap zou willen maken volgend schooljaar, in mei nog eens uw interesse kenbaar maken.
Als er wél plek is, gaan we onderzoeken of we kunnen bieden wat uw kind nodig heeft.
Om dat vast te kunnen stellen moeten we met de school van herkomst over de onderwijsbehoefte van uw kind kunnen spreken. Daarom vragen we via onderstaand formulier uw toestemming om het volledige leerlingdossier van uw kind in te mogen zien.
Indien we op basis van ons onderzoek tot de conclusie komen dat we uw kind kunnen plaatsen, melden wij u dat binnen 6 tot 10 weken. We maken daarna verdere afspraken met u.
Wanneer de conclusie van het onderzoek is dat we uw kind niet kunnen plaatsen omdat we niet kunnen voorzien in zijn/haar onderwijsbehoefte, krijgt u daarvan schriftelijk bericht binnen 6 tot 10 weken. In dat bericht wordt ons besluit onderbouwd. Wij hebben vervolgens de (zorg)plicht om een school te vinden die uw kind wel kan plaatsen.
I would like to transfer my child to the Merkelbachschool
If your child is currently enrolled at another school and is taking lessons but wants to transfer to the Merkelbachschool, you can submit a request for 'side entry'.
In order to be able to nominate your child as a side-entry pupil, please fill in the form below. We will then check whether there is sufficient capacity in the group. In our School Guide you can find what the maximum group size is. If this is not the case, we will unfortunately not be able to process your request. In that case you will be informed as soon as possible.
We take very careful consideration of your application due to the educational needs of children at our school.
We do not operate a waiting list for next school year. You can, in case you would like to make a transfer next school year, reiterate your interest in May.
If there is capacity, we will investigate whether we can offer what your child needs.
In order to determine this, we need to be able to talk to the school of origin about your child's educational needs. That is why the form below asks for your permission to view your child's complete file.
If, on the basis of our enquiry, we conclude that we can place your child, we will notify you within 6 to 10 weeks. We will then make further arrangements with you.
If our enquiry concludes that we are unable to place your child because we are unable to meet its educational needs, we will notify you in writing within 6 to 10 weeks. This notification will substantiate our decision. We then have the duty to find a school that is able to place your child.
